Massage
Nothing is more relaxing and transformative than therapeutic touch. Cassandra's caring and experienced therapists offer lots of different ways to experience one of the world's oldest relaxation methods, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone massage, and body treatments.
Now featured in all of Cassandra's massages: Tired of those achy muscles and joints? Our massage creams use arnica, a powerful botanical, rich in fatty acids; boswellia, an Ayurvedic herb used to reduce inflammation and support joint health and immobilty; Balsam Peru oil, a soothing essential oil with a naturally warm, rich vanilla-cinnamon aroma that acts as a stimulant and antiseptic; glucosamine, which aids in relief of joint pain, achy muscles, and supports healthy tissue; also rich in topical vitamins A, B, C, and D. Upon request, our massages may include hot towel service and a foot bath.
Relaxation Massage
This smooth and flowing session focuses on general health and well-being as well as addressing specific therapeutic needs. Using a blend of different techniques, you will benefit from improved circulation, muscle relaxation, improving joint mobility, promoting healthy skin, and creating a general sense of well-being.

Luxurious, moisturizing creams are applied to the hands and/or feet, then dipped in warm paraffin, enhancing the absorption of moisture and soothing tired, sore joints. Parched skin and cuticles become baby soft.
